Hipsters, Check Out These T-shirts

Yeah, this is a PR Light post, but it’s Friday, we’ve all got to wear something and these are for good causes (so no grumbling, Jeremy).

Mag AirSide Shop’s MAG T helps raise funds for the Mines Advisory Group.

Pink_pony_1 A portion of Polo’s Pink Pony shirt proceeds go to the Pink Pony Fund for Cancer Care and Prevention.

Logor_1Get Unite Against Fascism’s shirt here.

Pillllls_1 This Got Pills? Millions Don’t shirt helps support Doctor’s Without Borders.

And if you’re interested in non-profit advertising and social campaigns, check out Houtlust, "the meetingplace about communication for all you folks of the advertising industry, good samaritans, grassroots, activists and social entrepreneurs." Full of brilliant, hard-hitting, unapologetic campaigns that are definitely worth a look.

  1. Houtlust is a great site/blog indeed. And love some of these t-shirts (esp. like the pills - well, the pills t-shirt at least). Thanks for bringing them to our attention!

  2. Yeah, the Houtlust material isn’t lightweight stuff. For example, with the pictures of the campaign against bullfighting, you’d have to be stone-cold not to be affected.

I’m still waiting for someone to give me the Pink Pony shirt.

  3. Is that a hint? And… would it happen to be your birthday anytime soon? :-)

  4. Yeah, it’s pretty subtle, isn’t it? No, unfortunately it isn’t my birthday soon, but that shouldn’t be an obstacle :-)
